Compound Balanced Weave Belt

Compound Balanced Weave Conveyor Belt, also known as Cordweave Conveyor Belt or V-shaped Conveyor Belt, is a special dense double spiral mesh belt. When applied to cookie baking lines, it is named CB5 baking band.

This belt adopts interlaced left-hand and right-hand helical coils connected by straight cross rods (crimped cross rods optional). The unique interlocking structure creates ultra-tight, compact mesh with closely nested spirals, effectively preventing tiny parts from falling through gaps.

Compared with standard balanced weave belts, cordweave belts feature flatter carrying surface, higher density, uniform heat conduction and superior tensile strength. It is widely adopted as baking bands in food industry and furnace mesh in heat treatment industry, also used as furnace curtains, powder metal sintering belts and electroplating transport belts.
