Five-Layer Sintered Mesh Filter
Five-layer sintered mesh filter is an advanced filtration material manufactured by laminating multiple layers of woven metal wire mesh through special stacking and pressing processes, followed by vacuum sintering. It features high mechanical strength and an integrated rigid structure.
The mesh openings of each layer are interwoven and overlapped with each other, forming a uniform and ideal filtration structure. Compared with conventional wire mesh filters, it overcomes the disadvantages of low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable pore size.
By reasonably matching and designing the pore size, permeability, and strength characteristics of each layer, the five-layer sintered mesh filter achieves excellent filtration accuracy, low filtration resistance, high mechanical strength, outstanding wear resistance, heat resistance, and good processability.
Its overall performance is significantly superior to other filtration materials such as sintered metal powder, ceramic fiber, filter cloth, and filter paper.
The five-layer sintered mesh filter combines the advantages of each functional layer:

Sintered Mesh Laminates
Besides five-layer sintered mesh filters, we also supply single-layer and multi-layer sintered mesh laminates.
Sintered mesh laminate is a high-strength porous material manufactured from stainless steel or other alloy materials. Single-layer or multiple-layer woven wire meshes are permanently bonded together through a unique diffusion bonding process.
Compared with conventional wire mesh, sintered mesh laminates offer superior structural stability, mechanical strength, and durability. Therefore, they are widely used as high-performance filter media in various industrial filtration applications.

High Strength & Rigidity: It features excellent mechanical strength and pressure‑resistance. It performs well in processing, welding and assembly for easy operation.
Uniform & Stable Filtration Accuracy: It delivers consistent filtration performance across all rating levels, with pore size unchanged during service.
Wide Application Range: Suitable for filtration under‑200℃ ~ 600℃ and acid‑alkali corrosive conditions.
Excellent Cleanability: Excellent back‑washing performance for repeated use and long service life. Cleaning methods include back‑flow water, filtrate flushing, ultrasonic cleaning, dissolution and baking.
