Pleated Filter Element

The stainless steel pleated filter element, also known as a stainless steel pleated filter cartridge, adopts an advanced multi-pleat folding process to increase filtration area and improve filtration efficiency.

The main filter media are stainless steel fiber sintered felt or stainless steel woven mesh, with components assembled by argon arc welding to ensure a strong and reliable structure.

Stainless steel sintered fiber felt is manufactured from stainless steel fibers.

Stainless steel woven wire cloth is woven from stainless steel wires in various weaving patterns.

It offers uniform filtration performance, precise micron ratings, excellent high-temperature resistance, superior corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life with repeated use. The rigid pleated structure provides high mechanical strength and stable filtration performance under demanding operating conditions.

1. Bubble point press test in accordance to ISO 4003.
2. Average air permeability in accordance to ISO 4022, the air pressure 200P.
3. Dirt holding capacity in accordance to ISO 4572. Final pressure drop is 8 times of initial pressure drop.
